The sender uses sign-in to create gifts and manage their own operations.
Step by step
Sign-in sequence
Enter your email and password in the single sign-in form.
For a new device, open the email and confirm the QR code.
Enter the one-time code from the second email.
After verification, an internal page opens.

This check confirms the account and device; it does not replace protection for a specific gift.
If you forgot the password
Password recovery
If the password does not work, use the recovery link on the sign-in form or open this help section.
Open the “How site sign-in works” section.
Choose “Start recovery”.
Enter the email address for your account.
Receive the email and open its one-time link.
If 2FAS Auth is configured for the account, enter a new six-digit code.
Create a new password.
Repeat the new password.
Choose the green “Confirm password change” button.
If 2FAS Auth is required, confirm the change with a current code. The previously used code is rejected; use the next fresh code.
The site changes the password, closes previous sessions and keeps trusted devices stored. After sign-in with the new password, the device is confirmed again with 2FAS Auth.
An email confirms the password change. The password itself is never included.
Important
Recovery requires access to the email address. 2FAS Auth is required for accounts where it is already configured. The trusted-device check is an extra signal.
